You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4) User Content

If you submit content (including comments or other materials), you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so and that your content does not violate applicable laws or third‑party rights.

5) Prohibited Use

  • You must not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive or fraudulent purposes.
  • You must not attempt to access, probe or disrupt the Service, its security or its infrastructure.

6) Anti-Scraping, Data Extraction & Commercial Use

You must not (and must not allow others to) copy, reproduce, scrape, crawl, extract, harvest, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the Service or any content or data made available through Pollemus, including surveys, survey results, vote counts, reports, widgets and any derived datasets, unless you have obtained a written license from us.

  • No automated access: bots, scrapers, spiders, data mining, or any other automated means to access the Service or extract data.
  • No database extraction/reutilization: the compilation and arrangement of the Service’s data may be protected under EU database rights (Directive 96/9/EC) and applicable national laws; any substantial extraction or re-utilization is prohibited without written permission.
  • Media/TV use requires a license: any use for broadcast, television, or other media distribution is subject to an explicit written license. To request licensing, contact hello@pollemus.com.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and compilation of content and data, is owned by Sab Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8) Copyright Notice on Exports & Widgets

Any export, report or shareable widget generated by or from the Service may include a copyright notice and/or branding indicating: “Tutti i diritti riservati. Uso mediatico e televisivo soggetto a licenza.” You must not remove, obscure or alter these notices.

9) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the platform, other users, or comply with legal obligations.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
